Mat Work (60mins)
Mat work concepts based on the techniques of Joseph H. Pilates.
Each individual works at his or her own pace. Mat Work classes
are designed to balance your musculature & maintain
a graceful fluid physique while building strength without bulk. Class size for 7
people
Level
1 Yoga (60mins)
Beginning level classes provide a safe environment for beginning
students to learn the correct form of basic yoga poses. Since basic
postures are the key to a healthy yoga practice, these moderately
paces classes are ideal for new students as well as those who want
to work on fundamentals. Class size for 7 people
Level
1-2 Yoga (60mins)
This level is recommended for the beginning student who is
interested in advancing their yoga practice, while further
developing their yoga techniques of asanas & breathing.
Class size for 7 people
Level
2 Yoga (60mins)
This level is a more intermediate yoga level in which
further strength, stamina & flexibility will be required as
more advanced poses are introduced. This class is not recommended
for first time students. Class size for 7 people .
